I'm building a startup in Seoul, a social platform for experiences: the things people are doing or want to try. I first came to Korea 12 years ago to teach English, went home to Boston for grad school, and came back three years ago to start this company. I choose to work with people and projects that make their communities better. I want to believe people are good, and I believe in fairness and keeping an open mind. Off the clock, I pick a random neighborhood and wander into little shops and quiet cafes. I also love making things by hand. I cook for friends and would rather draw a birthday card than buy one. Pottery is next.
