I teach business English in Jeonju. I was born Catholic, and church was such a big part of my family that I once thought I'd become a nun. I was also the shyest of my siblings, and my dad kept bringing me to church and among people. Growing up, and then living in Korea, slowly changed that. Now I'm half introvert, half not. I'm vice president of a Filipino Catholic community and plan the gatherings that bring us together. My quiet half belongs in the countryside. I go hiking, take road trips with my camera, and do my best thinking on long drives past the mountains. This fall, my students even invited me to see the autumn leaves at Naejangsan.
